mobile high-pressure pump |

This low-priced high-pressure pump is for many enterprises an alternative
to the cost-
intensive stationary high-pressure unit. This investment is amortized
in shortest time, because with the use of the pump the lifetime of
the tools are extended by a multiple.
It can be attached to each automatic lathe. Furthermore the surface
quality of the
turned parts is sub-stantially improved. You can order this series
in different flow rate
(9l or 20l/min) and with the electronic filter control system and
the protective motor
switchgear. (Version C)

Production
downtimes are very expensive and must therefore be minimized.
For this reason a high-pressure pump with two fine filters was developed.
If the filter has to be changed the machine does not have to be stopped.
If the manometer indicates a pressure reduction under 0,3 bar, the
filtration
is changed on the second filter by switching a three-way valve. You
can order
this space save series also in different flow rate (9l or 20l/min).

Three-chamber
high-pressure pumps

With the new three chamber filter technology (pre- and fine filter)
it’s easy to filter
lightly swimming materials, as for example aluminium. With the easy-cleaning
wire mesh as prescreeners, the lifetime of the fine filter increased
more then ten-
fold. The result is the production downtimes and the costs for cleaning
or changing
the filters are reduced to a minimum. With the electronic filter control
system and
the protective motor switchgear you get the maximum on security for
your machine
and high pressure pump.

The characteristic of this pump is that you can use for cooling both,
lubricating
and not lubricating liquids (emulsion) with a propor-tion of 3 % oil.
Such as model
HY-M 332 C these pumps are equipped with the three-chamber cleaning
system
(pre- and fine filter). In this high pressure pump three screw spindles
with high
speed are used. These spindles deliver the medium continuously and
carefully
to the tool.
